Our Story
Built by food safety professionals, for food safety professionals.
TrueSafe was built by a team of IRCA-certified food safety auditors and Highfield-qualified trainers who had spent years auditing food businesses across India and the Gulf, and kept seeing the same problem: food professionals with certificates but without real knowledge.
We set out to change that. Every TrueSafe training program is designed around practical scenarios, real-world case studies, and the specific challenges faced by food businesses in Kerala, from small catering operations to large-scale food manufacturers.
Today, TrueSafe is Kerala's only training centre offering the full range of Highfield UK food safety qualifications, alongside FSSAI FoSTaC, ISO 22000, and bespoke corporate training programs.
