FoSTaC Certificate
Food Safety Supervisor Certification
The FSSAI-mandated Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) is required by law for food business operators in India. Every food business with an FSSAI licence must have at least one trained and certified Food Safety Supervisor on the premises.
